Ribs Marinade
Ingredients:

1.5kg of Bacon ribs
4 tbsp YR sauce
1 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
½ cup Heavy cream
50g Butter
Prep Time:


10 minutes
Cooking Time:


2 hours
Method:


  1. Mix YR sauce in a bowl with a teaspoon of oregano, tomato ketchup, olive oil, chilli flakes and salt and rub onto the ribs and leave for an hour before cooking, for better seasoning.
  2. Place ribs onto an oven tray in a pre-heated oven of 150°C. Baste the ribs every 30 minutes for two hours, for a perfect glaze.
